Body by Emily was created for those that want to feel sexy and fit from the comfort of their own home’s or while they’re on the go! Majority of my clients traveled for work, so I needed to make sure they stayed fit year-round without and interruptions or inconveniences. I created a fit-kit that included bands, gliders and a jumprope (all portable and affordable) pieces of equipment to ensure a GREAT workout for anyone.

Recently I’ve collaborated with another elite trainer in the industry, Reinhard Nel, to create the PERFECT and most effective workout program there is!
